Bibs

Bibs are a baby necessity but of course this doesn't mean they can't be stylish and functional at the same time. Here are three options for sopping up the spit up, dribbles and mashed peas.

Aden & Anais Burpy Bib

I have an appreciation for any baby product that has more than one purpose. This Aden & Anais Burpy Bib can be used from day one as a burp clothe and also as a bib. It's made from super soft muslin material and is available in an array of gorgeous patterns. I love the look of this stark black & white one.

This stylish, 100% organic cotton bib comes from the Toronto based company Mini Mioche. It's design is simple and comes in a lovely selection of colors such as eggplant, poppy and this one, heather mustard. And I love that the snap closures are adjustable as baby grows.

I had a chance to see this bib in action while visiting my friends and their two year old this summer. The Oxo Roll-Up Bib is perfect once you introduce solids to your baby's diet. The top is made from a soft, easy to wipe material making it comfy for baby while the bottom silicone pocket works great at catching spills. It rolls up and can be stashed in a diaper bag for meals on the go and dining out.
